SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-orders will ship within 1-8 weeks after the date of the order. Specific lead times for Pre-Orders can be found on each product page. For more information on your pre-order, please inquire at customersupport@du-berry.com.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on location and shipping method. Track your delivery with the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

We deliver worldwide. International shipping costs will vary based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination. All costs, including local taxes and import charges, are estimated and charged at checkout. Be aware of the import duties and additional charges in your country.

You will be responsible for any extra taxes and fees due at the time of delivery. Orders refused or undeliverable will be returned to us. Customers must pay for a new shipping label to resend the order.

For expedited delivery, select Express shipping and add a note to your order.

Shipping to P.O Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please double-check the carrier policies before selecting shipping to P.O. boxes.

Manhattan Pick-Up Only

For NYC residents, we offer a pick-up option. Once your order is processed, we will confirm via email when your pickup is ready, with details for collection in the Garment District, New York. Note: Our studio does not offer try-ons, strictly pick-up only.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds

We offer a cash refund to eligible customers who purchased eligible products. To be an eligible customer for a cash refund, your item when returned must be in the same condition as the condition when you received it; the item must not have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or had a label or tag removed. Be careful of makeup, lotions, or deodorants when trying on items. You may be held responsible for cleaning costs if the returned item needs cleaning. You must request a refund within 14 calendar days of your receipt of the item. Items must be returned within 7 days after the return is authorized. You must follow the process noted below.

Any item sold at a discount and/or marked as a “final sale” cannot be returned for a refund unless it was sold in a defective condition, and you notify us of such defective condition within 1 calendar day of its receipt. All sales to non-U.S.-based customers are final sales; provided, however, that items shipped within the European Union may be returned by an eligible customer within three days of their receipt.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us at customersupport@du-berry.com immediately for a resolution.

All custom-made and made-to-measure orders are non-refundable.

We do not accept the return of products purchased on a gift card.

Exchanges & Store Credits

Eligible customers who purchased eligible products may exchange their products or receive a store credit for the return of their products. To be an eligible customer for an exchange or store credit, your item when returned must be in the same condition as the condition when you received it; the item must not have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or had a label or tag removed. You must request an exchange or store credit within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the item. You must follow the process noted below.

Any item sold at discount and/or marked as a “final sale” cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit unless it was sold in defective condition, and you notify us of such defective condition within 1 calendar day of its receipt.

All exchanges will be effectuated by obtaining a store credit and then making a separate purchase of the item. When we provide you with the store credit, we will provide you with a Credit Receipt that you can use when purchasing a different item and shipping will be free. Only one free shipment is provided for an exchanged item.

We do not accept the return of products purchased on a gift card.

Items not meeting return criteria are ineligible for a refund. We will contact you for a resolution.

International Returns

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning to Du & Berry. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs.

Gifts

Please ensure to return the original purchase along with any complimentary gifts included. In cases where the additional gifts are not returned, their cost will be subtracted from your refund total.

Process & Timing

To return a purchased item for a cash refund, exchange, or store credit please follow the steps below:

  1. Timely email us at customersupport@du-berry.com. Provide us with your purchase order and state which items you would like to return.
  2. If the items to be returned are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, we will provide you with a shipping label. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Package the products into their original packaging and place the provided return shipping label on it.
  4. Bring your package to the post or order a free pick-up from your location.
  5. Within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned item, we will inform you of our acceptance of your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit via the email address you provided to us. Please appreciate that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund or credit. We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
