How do I choose my size?
We recommend choosing your usual size. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For additional guidance, refer to the Size Chart and the "Size & Fit" section on each product page, which includes model measurements and fit notes.
What is the fabric and how do I care for it?
Fabric composition and care instructions are listed on each product page under “Product Features” and “Care Instructions.”
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal, Google Pay, and installment payments.
Is it possible to purchase a gift card?
Yes, you can purchase a virtual gift card here.
Can I use a discount code and a gift card together?
Yes, gift cards can be combined with a discount code. Please note that multiple discount codes cannot be used on the same order.
Can I cancel or update my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled until 5 PM EST on the same business day they are placed. After this, we’re unable to make changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Are there any custom fees or extra shipping charges?
There may be customs and duties for international orders. The customer is responsible for any customs and duties that may occur.
What fabrics do you use? How do I care for my piece?
You can check all the information about our fabrics on the product page of every item under “product features.” We recommend following the care instructions on the material tag of each piece.
