- You pay return shipping (label cost deducted from refund)
- No refunds on items discounted 40%t, Final sale, vintage, or custom
How to return
1. Submit request: Via the Return & Exchange Portal with your order number
2. Get your label: US customers receive a prepaid label by email
3. Send it back: Repack in original packaging and drop off
4. Confirmation: Refund or exchange confirmed within 10 business days
