What size should I purchase?
- Du & Berry garments are thoughtfully tailored to fit true to size, so we recommend selecting your usual size. That said, every body is beautifully unique, and fit may vary depending on the fabric and silhouette. If you’re unsure, our Size Chart is a great place to start, or feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team with your measurements and usual size. We’re here to help you find the perfect fit.
- Some of our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized feel. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down. For added guidance, explore the ‘Size & Fit’ section on each product page, and take a moment to read customer reviews for real-world insights.

What is the fabrics/composition?
- To find the fabric and composition details for our pieces, visit the product page of your chosen style. You'll find all the fabric information under the ‘Product Features’ section.
How do I take care of the style?
- To keep your Du & Berry piece looking its best, always refer to the care label inside the garment before washing. You’ll also find care details in the “Care Instructions” section on the product page. We have also included a QR code on the care label of each garment, simply scan it to view detailed care instructions and fabric information online.

Something Not Quite Right?
- We hold every Du & Berry piece to the highest standards, but if you notice a fault or imperfection, we’re here to make it right.
- Simply visit our online Return & Exchange Portal to upload images of the issue. Our Team will review your submission promptly and follow up with return labels or next steps via email.
- Our small team takes pride in packing every order with utmost care. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, we’re here to help, just get in touch with us!

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- We accept all major credit cards for a smooth and secure checkout experience.
- You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Google Pay. Just select your preferred option at checkout. For PayPal, you’ll be guided to their site to complete your purchase before returning to us.
- Looking for more flexibility? Shop Installment payment is available, so you can enjoy your Du & Berry piece now and pay later, interest-free.
Can I Use a Discount Code and a Gift Card?
- Yes, you’re welcome to use a gift card and a discount code on the same order.
- Please note that multiple discount codes or promotional offers cannot be combined.
Do You Offer Price Adjustments or Price Matching?
- At this time, Du & Berry does not offer price adjustments or price matching on past purchases.
Can I Split My Payment?
- We’re only able to accept one payment method per transaction, with the exception of combining a gift card or credit note with your primary payment method.

How Do I Use a Gift Card?
- Using your Du & Berry gift card is effortless. Simply enter your gift card code in the designated field at checkout before completing your payment.
- The available balance will be applied toward your order total. If the gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can easily pay the remainder using any of our accepted payment methods.
Ordering:
Can I Update or Cancel My Order Before It Ships?
- We understand, sometimes you change your mind. If you’d like to cancel or make adjustments to your order, please reach out to our Customer Care Team by 5 PM EST on the same business day your order was placed.
- After this window, your order may already be in progress, and we won’t be able to make changes or cancellations. If that’s the case, your pieces will still ship as scheduled, but we’re happy to assist with a return once they arrive.
Delivery:
How Do I Track My Order?
- As soon as your order ships from our New York office, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. From there, you can follow your Du & Berry delivery every step of the way, right to your doorstep.
